Welcome to the Sycamore Village Homeowners Association website. We are located in Wichita, KS. We serve our community of 553 homes and duplexes.

This website is the private resource of our membership. It contains our online archives, important documents, directors, calendar, rules and forms. From this website you can pay your dues, contact a Board Member and read about what is happening in your neighborhood.

Registering is simple. We do limit registration to current homeowners in our association. Register using the tab at the top right of the page. If you have any questions regarding the website please contact Jeanie Hans 316-409-4828.

Our neighborhood is being patrolled by Signal Security. The contract for Signal can be viewed under the tab on the right of the screen.

Please plan to attend the meeting on Monday, Sept. 16 at University Congregational Church, 9209 E. 29th St N, Wichita KS 67226.

If you cannot attend the meeting, you can complete a proxy ballot and give it to any board member or neighbor who plans to attend the meeting prior to the meeting.

Seat 1 Incumbent Dr. Rex Keith

Seat 2 Incumbent Brady Marzolf (current board secretary)

Seat 3 the Nominating Committee presents homeowner Morgan Sommers.

There are two by-law amendments on the ballot this year.
1. Article III Section I shall be revised as follows:
Section I Annual Meetings. The annual meeting of the members shall be held on a day in August of each year, the time, the date and place to be determined by the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors shall provide written notice of the time, date and place of the annual meeting to all Owners in the accordance with Article III, Section 3 hereof.
2. Article III Section 3 shall be revised to add the phrase "or of absentee entitled to cast" to the first sentence before the word one-tenth.
Section 4: Quorum The presence at the meeting of members entitled to cast, or of proxies entitled to cast or of absentee entitled to cast, one tenth (1/10th) of the votes of each class of membership shall constitute a quorum for any actions except as otherwise provided in the Articles of Incorporation, the Declarations or these By-Laws.
