Welcome to the Sycamore Village Homeowners Association website. We are located in Wichita, KS. We serve our community of 555 homes and duplexes.

This website is the private resource of our membership. It contains our online archives, important documents, directors, calendar, rules and forms. From this website you can pay your dues, contact a Board Member and read about what is happening in your neighborhood.

Registering is simple. We do limit registration to current homeowners in our association. Register using the tab at the top right of the page.

Our neighborhood is being patrolled by Signal Security. The contract for Signal can be viewed under the tab on the right of the screen.

Dues received on or after February 1, 2025 will incur an interest fee of 8% per annum as specified by the covenants.

A lien will be levied on the property if dues and resulting fees are not paid. You can pay electronically through this website or pay by check by mailing your payment to SVHA PO Box 8764, 67208.

If you are unable to pay your dues by January 31, 2025 it is important to communicate with [email protected] for a new balance with interest fee.
